Short version: IntelliTab is a free, open-source tool. You bring your own AI API keys. We provide the software as-is with no guarantees. Don't abuse it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using IntelliTab ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

IntelliTab is a Chrome browser extension that uses third-party AI APIs to analyze and group browser tabs. The Extension is provided free of charge. Users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own API keys for their chosen provider (e.g., Groq, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic).

IntelliTab integrates with third-party AI APIs. We have no affiliation with these providers (e.g., Groq, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic). Your use of their services is governed entirely by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. IntelliTab takes no responsibility for provider data handling, uptime, pricing, or any changes to their APIs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of IntelliTab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages resulting from your use of the Extension.

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension's source code is provided under its applicable open-source license. The IntelliTab name and branding are proprietary. You may not redistribute a modified version of IntelliTab under the IntelliTab name without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
